We conduct odor measurements in businesses under the “Regulation on the Control of Odor Emissions.” Specifically, for businesses causing odor complaints, measurements should be conducted and reported as odor/unit.
In everyday life, even pleasant and fresh odors can cause serious complaints in the environment if they are continuously exposed. Since odor is a relative concept depending on human sensitivity, actions and procedures should be determined based on the results of measurements.
For odor measurements, we have established our odor laboratory in collaboration with “Labaqua,” a company from Agbar Holding, a Spanish firm with 145 years of experience. Labaqua’s expert team in odor measurements has shared their experience and supported the laboratory setup in cooperation with Testmer’s authorized personnel.
