Analysis Dispute Procedure
Customers have the right to dispute analysis results by contacting the sales department within 10 days from the end date of the analysis for samples taken and retained as witness samples in the laboratory. If deemed necessary, a re-analysis may be performed on the witness sample retained in the laboratory. If the re-analysis results show a maximum difference of ±10%, the cost of the additional analysis will be borne by the customer.
